1. What is the Zr Process®?
At Zerorez®, we use our revolutionary cleaning system to deliver better results than our competitors. Traditionally, carpet cleaning consists of soaps, detergents, and harsh chemicals that not only struggle to penetrate the dirt and soil in carpet, but they also leave behind a residue that can attract more dirt and spots on your floors. Zerorez® uses our high-tech Zr Water®. This Zr Water® has high alkalinity, so it has the same cleaning power as soaps and detergents without the residue! Our high-pressure jets are able to deeply penetrate through the layers of residue on your carpet and lift them to reveal beautiful, cleaner carpet.
2. How long will it take to dry?
Answers for how long carpet takes to dry varies from company to company. It also depends on the time of year that you get your carpet cleaned. Without the use of soaps flooding your carpet, the drying process is accelerated, but we still recommend waiting anywhere between six and twenty four hours for your carpet to fully dry. You can accelerate the process by putting fans out to help the drying along.
3. Can you treat pet stains and odors?
One common misconception that people have is that stains are something you can get rid of. Spots and stains are very different. Stains imply that something is permanent, and in some cases, they are. We typically deal with spots and discoloration. Usually, we are able to remove spots and lighten discoloration. As far as odors go, we offer a Biological Odor Treatment. Our technicians are trained to assess the site in order to prescribe the most effective solution to your problem, but odor treatments cannot be guaranteed.
