Vance did an amazing job! He was very professional from the moment he called to say he was on his way. He explained each step he was going to take, to accomplish what my husband and I wanted done. He was very personable and left us as happy customers with our urine and vomit soaked carpets looking brand new! Vance was very knowledgeable and a pleasure too work with. My scheduled time was between 12 noon and 3 PM. He was there at 12 noon sharp. I will certainly use Zerorez again in the future.
